It depends on the original size. Downscaled images (over 4096px) will be significantly smaller.
Flood-Fill: removes only colors connected to the background (preserves matching colors inside objects). All Matching: removes every pixel matching the background color.
Feather smooths the edges. Higher values create a softer, anti-aliased transition between transparent and opaque areas.
Existing transparency is preserved. The new removal effect multiplies with it.
